We don’t trap a homeowner into what the home builder wants to build. We’ll customize virtually every element of the home, right down to the trim on a custom wall unit. Our decorating allowances are quite generous. Knowing what type of home you want to build enables us to estimate just how much you’ll likely spend on light fixtures, kitchen finishes and other amenities. The allowances we’ve provided our homeowners seldom result in overspending at the end of the project. We want your new or renovated home to function for your lifestyle and personality – besides, this is the place in which you’ll spend most of your life.
