A General Contractor with a Class A license, Gay’s endearing personality and her desire to create that special design to fit each individual homeowner has resulted in a home building process that attracts the most discerning customer. We don’t trap a homeowner into what the home builder wants to build. We’ll customize virtually every element of the home, right down to the trim on a custom wall unit. Knowing what type of home you want to build enables us to provide realistic allowances for flooring, cabinets, light and plumbing fixtures, and other amenities. Therefore the allowances we provide our homeowners seldom result in overspending at the end of the project. Our change orders are usually less than 2%. We want your new or renovated home to function for your lifestyle and personality — besides, this is the place in which you’ll spend most of your time.
